Director of Pricing & Structuring

FCA’s client, a Power Marketing firm in the Northeast, is currently seeking a Director of Pricing and Structuring for its growing business. This professional will be responsible for transaction structuring and fundamental market analysis, for developing and refining company-hedging strategy, and for modeling and evaluating value and risks associated with structured hedges.

The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of professional experience working in commodity structuring and/or fundamental analysis roles, significant experience in power and gas commodity markets, and a background within a commodity trading environment.
